1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DripCheckr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What We Provide
DripCheckr is a style platform that combines community feedback with AI features like Virtual Try‑On, Style Coach feedback, and weather‑based outfit suggestions. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
3. AI Features
Some features use machine learning to generate outputs (e.g., try‑on results, style feedback, outfit suggestions). Outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for every situation. You are responsible for how you use the results.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use DripCheckr. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
5. User Content
You may upload photos, text, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant DripCheckr a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the service.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or payment requirements. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are available via subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing, refunds, and cancellation policies are governed by the applicable app store.
8. Third‑Party Services
The service may link to third‑party content or services (e.g., shopping links, social sharing, analytics). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimers
DripCheckr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any style recommendations will be accurate or suitable for you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripCheckr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
